Exchange Policy

At THE LITTLE NEEDS, we strive to ensure that you receive products in good condition and as described. Please read our Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Additional Requirement for Exchange Claims

To process any exchange request, customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected.

The unboxing video must:

  • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition before opening.

  • Be continuous and unedited, with no cuts or pauses.

  • Clearly display any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product received.

Exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved. The unboxing video serves as the primary proof for verifying claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered. All sales are final.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The product received is defective or non-functional.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to screen settings.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
